What do you look at during the walkthrough?
Entrances, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, trash areas, garages and docks, plus when each gets busy.
Do we need a porter all day?
No. Peak hours alone are a sound start, and more hours can be added later.
Do you cover weekends?
Yes. Porter plans can include evenings and weekends.
Can Dominion supply the paper, soap and liners?
Yes, or porters can keep your dispensers filled from your own stock. The porter plan says which.
Who covers the route when our porter is out sick or on vacation?
A backup porter steps in on sick days and vacations, working from your porter plan, so the building keeps its coverage without a gap.
